[Production] 2025SS Louis Vuitton Vagabond Hobo – The "Night" Collection Bags (In Progress)

Apr 11, 2026 StrangeKrist

Deconstruction is a wrap. Moving into production.

It’s a long-form post. The complete journey is split into:

DeconstructionProduction → Finished Product Showcase & Comparison

(Note: We were able to source ZP (Retail) units for several hardware components directly, so only the remaining specific parts require custom development).

The Decorative Puller: The Ultimate Barrier

This is the single most difficult component of the entire bag. It will be the "barrier" that separates my batch from the low-tier fakes on the market. In the future, you can use this part alone to call out any budget batches.

The Tech: Steel & Powder Metallurgy
While the process might sound simple, the difficulty lies in the mold design and the complex positioning of the "parting lines" (mold lines).

  • See the Photos: I’ve marked the parting lines with a black pen so you can see them clearly.

  • The Logic: These lines aren't on a single flat plane; there are multiple split lines at different levels. This means the mold is a high-complexity, multi-component design.

  • Why so complex? Because of the puller's structure. Anything simpler would cause the "green part" to deform or get stuck during de-molding.

⚠️ The Identity Point: This complex mold design dictates exactly where the parting lines appear on the finished product. These line positions are the core authentication point. Go ahead and check any other market version—they won't match.

Even though I’m explaining this now, and even if others try to use powder metallurgy, they won’t be able to replicate this specific mold logic or the parting lines. Most budget batches will just use zinc alloy to save costs, which won't even be close.

A Quick Side Note (Real Talk)

Much of the content I share at LuxluxHouse is highly technical. In theory, I could teach anyone to be a professional Legit Checker—one who actually understands industrial production.

This is all based on hard facts and rigorous logic. More importantly, I want you to verify it yourself. Theory plus practice. If you follow, think, and verify my posts for six months, you’ll become an expert.

Why don’t you see other sellers doing this?

  1. They aren't professional enough to explain it.

  2. They don't dare to explain it because their products don't hold up to the scrutiny.

I can talk about it because I have the expertise to execute it and the confidence to let you verify it.

Precision Equipment: The Foundation

CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
Top-tier equipment makes top-tier products. This CMM is valued at 300,000 RMB. A generic one costs only a few thousand. This is the standard equipment I use for all my steel mold products.

The Engineering Drawings

  • Decorative Puller: Blueprints ready for mold opening.

  • Small Puller: This is a "universal" part used by LV on many models.

  • Material: Solid steel via powder metallurgy with integrated engraving.
⚠️ Note: Most fakes use zinc alloy molds or just laser-etch the logo onto steel. My engraving is part of the mold itself.

The Internal "Soul": Italian LYLIANE

The face is the look; the internals are the soul.
The internal stabilizers and structure determine the "pose" and "vibe" of a bag, not just the outer leather. Because these parts are invisible, almost all customers ignore them.

  • The Components: This model uses two main internal materials: specialized cotton padding and Italian LYLIANE hand-feel microfiber.

  • The Standard: LYLIANE is a world-renowned Italian brand. Their materials are the industry standard for Tier-1 luxury houses.

  • The Difference: This is what gives the bag its specific "slouch" and hand-feel. In all my projects, I use the exact ZP (Retail) internal materials.

⚠️ Standard factory batches never use Italian internals. They are lazy with the leather you can see; they certainly won't care about the internals you can't see. The price gap between Italian and domestic internals is about 6x. On a single bag, the cost difference for just these "invisible" materials is several hundred RMB.

The Leather: ART Tannery (Italy)

The official LV Night collection uses smooth calfskin (similar to the Sheepskin Carryall) sourced from the ART Tannery in Italy. They are the sole supplier for this entire collection.

  • Sample Leather: Since this is a sample piece, the factory mark is a sticker.

  • Production: The bulk leather for the final batch will feature the official gold factory stamp.

The Mold Engineering (The EDM Process)

Copper Electrodes (Copper Gongs):
Some parts look simple but require massive modular complexity. For example, the decorative puller requires 14 separate copper electrodes to complete the final steel mold.

  • ZP Logic: This mold design is identical to the ZP (Retail) process. It’s designed specifically for the characteristics of steel to ensure stability and quality.

  • The Fake Logic: A zinc alloy version only needs 2 modules.

  • Cost: This is why steel casting molds start at 10,000+ RMB, while alloy molds are only about 1,000 RMB. Every module requires its own engineering drawing.

German EDM (Spark Machine):
The EDM machine uses electrical currents to "carve" the shape of the copper electrode into the steel.

  • The Math: Slower = Higher Precision.

  • Standard Tech: A domestic EDM (100k-200k RMB) takes 4 hours.

  • My Tech: My German-imported EDM (570,000 RMB) takes 8-10 hours. The precision is doubled.

⚠️ The better the equipment, the higher the "ceiling" for the final product. All my hardware, leather, and stamping equipment are high-end imports.

Final Stages: Green Parts & Sintering

The powder metallurgy process creates a "green part" (raw state) which then undergoes sintering.

  • During sintering, the part shrinks.

  • Therefore, the initial green part must be oversized based on a precise shrinkage ratio calculated into the mold.

Production is in full swing. I’ll update you as soon as there is more progress.
